Pick up time is fun for everyone (including us). We try to schedule picks ups at 9am, 10am, and 5pm on Friday and Saturday. These pick-up times are not set in stone, and we will of course work around any schedule. We understand long travel and are willing to let puppies go early in the morning so families can get on the road early. We ask you to please come at your scheduled time. We are usually in the back room working and giving puppies bath, so we don't hear families in the lobby at random times. Also, we schedule the puppy's bath time based on your pickup time. We do not feed the puppies the morning of pick up so they will be hungry when you get the home.

There is a fee of $125.00 (It's a 3/4-hour process for our crew member to get the puppy to the airport and back home) to meet you or the nanny at the airport.
